This product is available to buy as part of our 'Create Your Own' gift box. The pillow can be used just as it is, but for hot/cold therapy:
Gently heat the eye pillow in the microwave for 15 - 20 seconds, or on top of the radiator.
For a cold compress, chill in the freezer for 30 minutes; then gently place over eyes and enjoy the aromatherapy benefits of the lavender.
